Teeth...

Well, we are officially down one baby tooth! Bug has been mentioning two wiggling teeth for a while now, but fearful that he's too young to really lose a tooth, I just let it slide. Apparently, he's not too young and on Tuesday at his 6-month check up, they told me to "cowboy up" and pull them out using the "twist and pull" method. This is not my style at all so they gave me one reprieve and pulled the first one for me but told me by this coming Tuesday, I must be brave and pull the next (BTW - Bug didn't cry or even flinch). He had his first important visit from the TF (Tooth Fairy) who left a hearty $5 -- because it was all that was in the house . Although he officially picked out some art stuff with his new money, because the Target line was ridiculous, I just ran our purchases together and he instead bought tacos! hahahaha. How's that for "how I spent my tf $$"?

I'm glad that the Tooth Fairy found Paul's pillow! Esp. with your infamous Santa Claus blog....haha! You know where to come if you ever need a tooth pulled. It is one of my random talents! Congrats on the tooth!!

Teeth and tacos both start with "t"...perfect choice in my opinion (even if it was unofficial).

Bug cannot be old enough to lose his teeth! Wow. What a big day for you all! Congrats to Bug, his $5 and for the tacos. Yummy.

5 bucks, Bug, that is awesome. I don't think all my teeth falling out added up to 5 bucks! I can't believe they wanted you to yank it out. I'm not going to be able to do that. My dentist has to either give me gas or numb me when I get a cleaning. I know I'm a baby. Kids grow so fast, Bug is such a stud!

Em is going to be so jealous. She keeps asking when she'll loose her teeth since her older cousins seems to be loosing them left and right.

Congrats to bug ... you've now gone through a childhood right of passage!

Cha ching! Sounds like the TF purposely pulled out a 5. Not one of those middle-of-the-night, can't-see-what-I'm-doing jobs.

Wow, I didn't realize that my kid could possibly lose a tooth anytime soon. So what are you going to do the next time a tooth falls out after starting off with a $5?

Curoius, why did they say you HAVE to pull them???
